Seal Coating

A protective seal that locks out water, oil and frost damage, keeping your driveway and pavers looking new for years longer.

Why It's Worth Doing

  • Water is the real enemy. Concrete and pavers are porous. Water soaks in, freezes, expands and cracks them from the inside.
  • Stains stop soaking in. Sealed surfaces let oil, rust and leaf tannins sit on top where they rinse off instead of staining permanently.
  • Colour stays rich. Sealer brings back the depth in pavers and stops sun bleaching from washing them out.
  • It's cheaper than replacing. Sealing costs a fraction of resurfacing a cracked driveway, and it buys years.

How We Do It

1

Clean it properly first

Sealer traps whatever is underneath it, so the surface gets a full pressure wash and has to be completely clean.

2

Let it dry out

The surface needs to be genuinely dry before sealing. Rushing this step is why bad seal jobs peel and cloud.

3

Treat joints and edges

For pavers, joint sand is topped up and locked in. Edges and borders get detailed by hand.

4

Apply an even coat

Sealer goes on evenly with no puddles or thin patches, then cures before anything drives or walks on it.

What's Included

Full pressure wash, drying time, joint sand where needed, and an even sealer application with cure time. We'll tell you honestly when a surface isn't a good candidate rather than seal over a problem.
