Pressure Washing

Driveways, patios, walkways and fences. Years of moss, algae and stains lifted off without damaging the surface underneath.

Why It's Worth Doing

  • Moss is a safety issue. Wet algae on concrete is genuinely slippery, and the North Shore grows plenty of it.
  • It protects the surface. Moss and organic growth hold moisture against concrete, and trapped water in a freeze-thaw cycle cracks it.
  • Instant curb appeal. Nothing changes how a property looks faster than clean concrete.
  • Pressure is not the whole job. Too much pressure etches concrete and strips wood. Matching pressure to surface matters more than raw power.

How We Do It

1

Match the method to the surface

Concrete, pavers, wood and composite all take different pressure. We set equipment per surface, not one setting for everything.

2

Pre-treat the growth

Moss and algae get a biodegradable treatment first so they release cleanly instead of being blasted around.

3

Surface clean, not stripe

A flat surface cleaner gives an even finish across the whole slab, with no zebra striping from a wand.

4

Rinse down and tidy

Everything gets rinsed toward proper drainage, landscaping included. We leave the site clean.

What's Included

Your choice of driveway, patio or deck, walkways and fences. Pre-treatment, full wash and rinse-down. Sealing afterwards makes the results last considerably longer, so ask about pairing it with seal coating.
